I bought a new one, since it was thought that my original crank pulley was starting to seperate, creating the rubbing. When I look straight down, either the water pump is sticking out too far, or the crank is sitting back too far. I was wondering if there was some type of spacer that goes between the crank and the block, that would move the crank out little further to give me that little clearance. I know there is the one that has a notch for the wood drift key. The water pump and power steering belts both align properly on there respected pulleys and operate properly.
